A woman’s view of economic growth: a session that inspired creativity
On May 15, the session “The female factor of economic growth: Family, society, future”, organized by the Union of Women of Russia, was held at the site of the Women’s View track. Rima Safiullova took part in it, joining the discussion about the role of women in the modern world. She was not a speaker, but a participant — and, in her own words, she enjoyed listening to the wonderful speeches of the speakers, each of whom shared her story, experience and wisdom.
“How many talented, caring, and at the same time truly feminine leaders we have!” said Rima Gumerovna.
Together with other participants of the session — representatives of business, science and public organizations from different regions of Russia, as well as from Kazakhstan, Pakistan, China and other countries — she discussed key issues of sustainable economic growth, preservation of traditional values and the search for a harmonious balance between professional realization and family warmth.
The meeting with colleagues from Oman, where Rima Gumerovna visited recently, was especially gratifying. “I’ve been there recently, got to know their amazing culture, and now they’re here, sharing their experiences. This is the best example of how friendship and cooperation know no borders!” she stressed.
The main outcome of the meeting was the confirmation that women’s work is about cooperation, support and creativity, as well as the understanding that our diversity and common values are our strength.
Preservation of Tatar identity: a word about the native
The second significant event in Rima Safiullova’s business program was her performance as a speaker at the XVI All-Russian Forum of Tatar Religious Figures “National Identity and Religion”, which was held within the framework of the forum and gathered more than 1,000 delegates from 78 regions of the Russian Federation.
The theme of her speech is the preservation of Tatar identity. In her speech, she shared her personal experience, told about the family way of life and examples of how in the modern world it is possible and necessary to protect the native language, customs, respect for elders and love for their land in order to pass them on to children and grandchildren. “As long as we remember our roots, as long as we value them and live by them, our culture, our language, and our faith will live forever,” Rima Gumerovna said.
“We spoke the same language — the language of the heart,”
Concluding her participation in the forum, Rima Safiullova emphasized:
“I took part in the session “The female factor of economic growth: family, society, the future.” I was not a speaker, but a participant — and I had a lot of fun! I listened to the wonderful speeches of the speakers — each with their own story, their own experience, their own wisdom. How many talented, caring, and at the same time truly feminine leaders we have! It was especially gratifying to talk with other participants — women from different regions of Russia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and China… We spoke the same language — the language of the heart, caring for the family and the future.”
