CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the requirements of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended),

I freely, by my own will and in my interest, give my consent to the Regional Public Organization “International Women’s Union” (RPO “International Women’s Union”, PSRN 1187700012950, location address: 117437, Moscow, internal territory municipal district Konkovo, Akademika Artsimovicha St., 17, room 3/1) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) to the processing of my personal data on the following terms:

  1. List of processed personal data:
  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • gender, date and place of birth;
  • citizenship;
  • identity document details (type, series, number, date of issue, name of the issuing authority);
  • registration address and actual residence address;
  • contact information (phone number, email address);
  • information about education (name of educational institution, year of graduation, specialty, qualification);
  • information about employment (place of work, position, length of service);
  • information about marital status, family composition;
  • information about military registration (for military personnel);
  • information about income and tax payments (in cases provided for by law);
  • insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS);
  • taxpayer identification number (TIN);
  • bank details (for making payments);
  • photograph (for identification and placement on the Operator’s internal documents and website with my separate consent);
  • other information necessary to achieve the processing purposes specified in Section 2.
  1. Purposes of personal data processing:
  • implementation of the statutory activities of the Operator;
  • maintaining personnel records (for employees) and records of organization members (for RPO members);
  • formalizing labor, civil law, and membership relations;
  • calculation of wages and other payments provided for by legislation and contracts;
  • fulfillment of requirements of tax and pension legislation (submission of information to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Federal Tax Service, Social Insurance Fund, and other state bodies);
  • ensuring compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts;
  • informing about the Operator’s activities, events, projects, and news (via the communication channels specified by me);
  • publication of information about organization members on the official website and in the Operator’s informational materials to the extent necessary for the implementation of statutory purposes (with my separate consent);
  • implementation of access control and security.
  1. List of actions with personal data for which consent is given:

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing can be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

  1. Transfer of personal data to third parties:

I consent to the transfer of my personal data to third parties in the following cases:

  • to state authorities and other authorized bodies in cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • to banks, insurance and other organizations for making payments provided for by contracts;
  • to other persons engaged by the Operator to achieve the processing purposes, subject to confidentiality and security of personal data.
  1. Term of consent:

This consent is granted for an indefinite period and is valid until its withdrawal in writing. In case of withdrawal of consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

  1. Withdrawal of consent:

Consent may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator’s address: 125414, Moscow, Petrozavodskaya St., 18, bldg. 1, or to the email address: iwuorg@gmail.com.

  1. Guarantees of the Operator:

The Operator guarantees the confidentiality and security of the processed personal data, their processing in strict accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

I confirm that I am acting voluntarily, without any coercion, and that:

  • I understand the purposes of processing my personal data;
  • I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy of the RPO “International Women’s Union”, posted on the official website www.iwuorg.com;
  • I am aware of my rights as a subject of personal data, established by Chapter 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
