Today’s topic: “Happy you!”.

Happiness is not a goal, it is an attitude to life, the ability to enjoy the little things, the ability to notice (notice in people) sincere participation, sincere impulses and a willingness to share sincerely at the moment, now, meeting different people.

Happiness is an attitude to a given moment in life. And when people ask you if you’re happy, you usually don’t know what to say. If you feel sick at heart, but it is somehow not convenient to admit it, then it is formally easier to say yes. And when you are really happy, you do not think about it, you are in it, you live and also do not know how to answer – yes or no does not matter.

In general, the state of dissatisfaction is characteristic of a person, it moves him, develops him, makes him be active. You need it. Another thing is that one is not satisfied and does not go anywhere, does not move, does not seek satisfaction himself, justifying himself by circumstances, other people, the situation. And the other is always on the move, and this movement gives him a new opportunity for any dissatisfaction, a chance to be happy, to get into this state.

And yet, happiness is when you are satisfied with everything that happens to you, that is, everything that happens to you, coincides with your inner desires, does not cause disharmony. But what is important is this: you do not try to make it only this way, and not otherwise, there is no desire or ability to manage events and other people, the world around you and yourself – everything becomes fluid, saturated, full. Happiness can be compared to the flow, it is not measured in quantities, components and forms, it can not be much or little. This state, it is either there and fills everything that happens inside and outside, or it is not, then everything that happens, of course, is static, has no possibility to saturate, flow into the inside, it is all outside. Of course, from the outside it seems: oh, a person should be happy, he has a lot. But this much is static. The one who has nothing can be happier. At the same time, however, he has everything, just not for the future, but at this moment.
