As part of the 27th Russian Agro-industrial Exhibition “Golden Autumn — 2025”, the Timiryazev Center in Moscow hosted the forum “Women in the agro-industrial complex”, where the results of the All-Russian competition “Women in Agriculture” were summed up. Among the winners is Rima Safiullova, Vice—president of the International Women’s Union of Women, head of Agrofirma Kolos LLC and Safiullova R.G. farm, which won in the nomination “There are women in Russian villages.”
The power of family and love for the land
Rima Gumerovna represents the Republic of Tatarstan and the city of Tetusha, but above all she defines herself as a wife, mother and grandmother. According to her, it is her family that gives her the strength to implement large-scale projects. “For me, family is the foundation that allows me not to stop there,” says Rima Safiullova.
Success in agribusiness
For 28 years of work in the agro-industrial complex under her leadership, the agricultural company has grown from 4 to 10 thousand hectares, and the average salary of employees has exceeded 75 thousand rubles. The farm has achieved profitability of up to 46%, and the yield of grain crops is more than 60 c/ha.
Rima Safiullova is particularly proud of the development of seed production. In 2017, her company introduced a new variety of wheat “Rima”, which is now successfully used by farmers throughout the republic. This project has become a symbol of the desire to increase yields and strengthen the independence of the domestic agro-industrial complex.

Cultural preservation and territorial development
For Rima Safiullova, it is important not only to develop agribusiness, but also to preserve cultural traditions. In Tetyushy, where representatives of different nations live, she actively supports the holding of national holidays such as Sabantuy, Maslenitsa and the Valda Shinya festival. This helps to strengthen interethnic harmony and preserve the unique cultural heritage.
In addition, social initiatives are being implemented under her leadership.: construction of housing for employees, support for the families of ITS participants and development of rural infrastructure. “A strong village is a strong Russia,” Rima Gumerovna is sure.

Recognition at the federal level
The victory in the Women in Agriculture competition confirmed the importance of her work and contribution to the development of rural areas. As noted by Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the competition has become a unique platform for sharing experiences and supporting women’s initiatives.
Rima Safiullova is a vivid example of a female leader who combines successful agribusiness management with active social activities and caring for people. Her story inspires and proves that such people are the mainstay and driving force behind the development of agriculture in Russia.
