The International Women’s Union held a panel discussion “Overcoming: from internal crisis to social sustainability”

On July 9, 2026, the Regional Public Organization International Women’s Union held a panel discussion on “Overcoming: from internal crisis to social sustainability.” The event took place in the “SREDA DLYA CVOIH” space. The organizer was the Department of Social Design and Crisis Intervention of the Regional Public Organization “International Women’s Union”, headed by clinical psychologist Anna Vasilyevna Zakaidze.

Opening and welcoming speech
Alfiya Ravilyevna Amirova, President of the International Women’s Union, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. She presented the activities of the organization, spoke about current projects and invited guests to the upcoming forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”, noting the importance of consolidating women’s public initiatives.

Key speakers and topics of presentations
Experts in the fields of psychology, media, marketing and social engineering made presentations during the panel discussion.:

• Alfiya Amirova— President of the International Women’s Union ;
• Evgenia  Polyakova — creative producer, director of the literary agency “100 genres” (insights on increasing the recognition of experts);

• 

• Anna  Zakaidze — Director of the Department of Social Design and Crisis Intervention at the International Women’s Union, clinical psychologist, hypnotherapist, member of the OPPL, winner of the Best Psychologist Award, expert on federal channels, author of the book “Emptiness. Despair at the top of success”;

  

• Ekaterina Sedova — founder of the Federal School of Radio, Channel One journalist, creative director of the radio holding “SOUTH” (topic: “Why and how to speak out loud after 40+”);

  

During the event, a presentation of Anna Zakaidze’s new book “Emptiness. Desperation is at the top of success.” The publication is based on real business cases and contains practical techniques for overcoming an internal crisis, showing the ineffectiveness of familiar strategies and offering specific self-help tools.

Master classes and networking
Practical workshops were organized for the participants, including psychological practice for the entire audience, as well as a networking quest, during which the guests were able to establish new business and personal contacts, find like-minded people and exchange experiences. The meeting ended with a buffet, a photo session and an autograph session of the author.
