Rimma a little about herself and her child:
“In the dashing 90s, I got a job in an advertising Agency, as a Manager. We had a close-knit team, interesting work and stable wages. This was an important indicator of the demand for advertising services in the first years of private business development in the country. I liked the job.
The advertising market did not exist until the 90s, so we had to study and build everything from scratch. Such self-education required a deep knowledge of the subtleties in this field of activity. I quickly grew up on the career ladder and this added to my strength and optimism.
I liked communicating with people, their stories of growth and promotion in business. Their examples inspired me.
“If they could, why can’t I?” This question arose just in those difficult years for entrepreneurs, when many of their businesses were selling. It was during these years that I decided to start my own business.
At first, I was tormented by questions and doubts: – should I, can I, should I? But there was no retreat. I am young and energetic, and I have two small children behind me. So I took a chance. So in 1998, the TV company “Diamant-TV”appeared on the advertising market.
The realities of life have shown that it is not enough to register a company and start an activity. If you want to be in demand, then become a professional! In 2003, I decided to get a second higher education in the WORLD (international advertising Institute), the faculty of “Management in advertising”. In 2005, I successfully defended myself and in the same year I entered graduate school in Moscow state University at the Department of financial and economic disciplines. Later, at the same University, at the faculty of advertising, I taught the subject “Television advertising technologies”.
For more than two decades of my leadership, there was everything-the joy of the first victories, and tears, and disappointments. Behind us are the crises of the 2000s and 2008, as well as the amazing years of rapid development of medium and small businesses.
Today, when the attack called COVID-19 came, unfortunately, there are those entrepreneurs who are forced to suspend not only advertising, but also their main work. But also, there are those who continue their development and adapt their business to modern conditions.
Today, the e-Commerce sector is actively developing in Russia, and entrepreneurship in the innovation sector is starting to be created. We are happy to help them in this. We can do it together.
