Yana Filimonova is a coach, mentor, successful manager, business mentor.
I’m a practitioner. My experience, in short:
- Almost 25 years in the financial sector (from an expert to a business development manager), including 10 years as head of the small and medium-sized business development department; I am very familiar with how its various areas function, from services to large-scale production;
- I have been mentoring since 2009;
- Since 2018, I have been helping my clients develop through coaching;
- Since 2021 I have been conducting masterminds for girls.
My key competence is business or personal development. I help not only find my goal, but also internal resources to achieve it, build a vector of movement and accompany in this.
In my “piggy bank”:
- There are many formations in a variety of directions, but organically complementing each other (both Russian and foreign).
- Long-term practice of self-transformation, working in business and with clients.
- Participation as a speaker in educational business programs.
I work with female craftsmen or business owners and help to sort out the following issues:
- I don’t understand who I am and where to go.
- I do a lot of actions, study, practice. But there is no breakthrough. I’m tired of this running in circles.
- I want to move to a new level, I feel it’s time, but I don’t understand how.
- I suffer from my imperfection, the “impostor” is sharpening from the inside, I constantly doubt what I am doing.
- I don’t understand what my “super-strength” is. I can’t find my favorite thing.

I consider it my key task to make sure that the business and those people who are nearby grow, develop and use their capabilities and potential to the maximum.
