On February 17, 2022, a grandiose Meet & Greet event was held in the Dorchester Hall, Crowne Plaza Moscow -WTC. The event was organized by the International Women’s Club of Moscow – IWC Moscow.
The International Women’s Club of Moscow held a semi-annual meeting with the participation of club members and partners.
The President of the International Women’s Union, Alfiya Amirova, was invited as a partner and Guest of Honor, and the International Women’s Union also acted as a gift partner of the Charity Prize Draw.
The IWC President, Mrs. Tobi Shawabkah, spouse of the Jordanian Ambassador, made a welcoming speech. Club officers and partners made speeches as well.
The meeting was held in a warm and friendly environment, which made it possible to establish new acquaintances and partnerships.
Alfiya Amirova presented the International photo contest “Mother and children in national costumes” and the opportunity to attract foreign countries to participate.
The highlight of the event was the photo exhibition “Hidden World” and the presentation of a book with the same name. The photographer Svetlana Tarasova, and Fr. Stephan Luke, S. J., director of the St. Thomas Institute, gave a short talk about the Hidden World project.
At the end of the event, a charity prize draw was held.
A mini-bazaar was also presented, the proceeds from which went directly to local charities.
