Dear Members and Partners of the International Women's Union! It is my great honor and joy to greet you on behalf of the International Women's Union. Our organization, uniting energetic and determined leaders from around the world, builds its activities on three fundamental pillars: business, culture, and public diplomacy. It is in this triad that we see the strength of the modern woman and the key to the sustainable development of our global community. Business is the driver of economic independence and innovation, which we actively support through our international platforms. Culture is a universal language of mutual understanding, carefully preserving traditional values, family, and national heritage, as vividly reflected in our "Women's Hands" festival and the "Mother and Children in National Costumes" photo contest. Public diplomacy is the art of building bridges of trust and…

In the world of business protocols and international negotiations, where the first impression often determines the outcome of a meeting, the issue of presentable appearance has ceased to be a purely personal matter. The dynamic rhythm of modern life — frequent flights, intense negotiations, stress, and environmental influences — challenges even the most resilient. From the cabinet to the international rostrum: an…

At least half of our humanity knows how women feel about this world. At this time, the other half can only guess what it feels like. According to the most modest studies, emotions affect a woman's world 4-5 times more strongly than they do men. This story is far from about square footage, locations, or prices. It's about what you can't just buy. It's about a state in which a woman feels safe, supported, light, and able to create her own separate world. My name is Olga Muratova. I am the founder of the Platinum City real estate agency, the mother of three children and the grandmother of already grown grandchildren. Like any woman, I love my family more than anything in the world. I love decorating the New Year…
