We present to your attention the participant of the 2nd International festival of arts and crafts “By hands of a women”, which will be held on November 3-4, 2019, in ITC – Congress Hall, Moscow. The organizer of the Festival is ROO “International women’s Union”.

Volkova Natalia – head of the Creative Association “Patterned weaving” Center of Culture and Leisure “Hope” Biryusinsk Taishet district of the Irkutsk region. She graduated from the East Siberian State Academy Of Culture and Art in Ulan-Ude with a degree in “Manager of social cultural activities”. Weaving on krosny is engaged since 2013, having trained in the city of Irkutsk at the master Berezina Galina Yakovlevna.
N. In.Volkova is a member of the Union of Masters “Onyx” of Irkutsk region. For five years N. In.Volkova takes part in exhibitions of arts and crafts of different levels, including annual city and district exhibitions, inter-district festivals of folk culture (“Udinskaya Sloboda – 2016”), regional festivals – competitions (Days of spirituality and culture of the Irkutsk region “Radiance of Russia” 2015. Regional Congress holiday “I am proud that I was born in Siberia” 2016., Regional competition of works of masters of folk crafts “Siberia master” 2017.), Baikal international festival – exhibition “Dance of crafts on the Irkutsk land” in Architecturally – Ethnographic Museum “Taltsy” (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.d). N. In.Volkova regularly conducts master classes on weaving on krosny for adults and children, thereby drawing attention to this type of folk craft, bringing up a love of folk culture.
