We present to your attention the participant of the 2nd International festival of arts and crafts “By hands of a women”, which will be held on November 3-4, 2019, in ITC – Congress Hall, Moscow. The organizer of the Festival is ROO “International women’s Union”.

Elena Tumanova – the founder of the modern author’s wood painting “Tumanovskaya”, which became the brand of the Vladimir region.
Passion for painting turned into a family business. Tumanovskii painting does daughter Antonina V. Vinogradova. And husband and son-in-law help in exhibitions and festivals.
Elena is a participant and the winner of International and all-Russian competitions and festivals of arts and crafts. She is a Master of arts and crafts, folk crafts and crafts of the Vladimir region, a Member of the Union of folk artists, an Honorary member Of the Academy of folk art of Russia. Awarded the medal of the order “For services to the Fatherland” II degree. Finalist of the all-Russian festival of arts and crafts “Hands of women”(Kazan, 2018). Since 2019, new elements in the form of inclusions of rhinestones have been added to the list of some works.
