About the Event
The Regional Public Organization “International Women’s Union” and the Department of Social Design and Crisis Intervention invite you to a unique meeting dedicated to one of the most pressing issues of our time — how to overcome internal crisis and find stability in a changing world.
“Overcoming: From Internal Crisis to Social Sustainability” is a space for sincere dialogue, where everyone can take off their habitual masks, look within themselves, and discover new meanings even in the most difficult circumstances. We have brought together experts, thought leaders, and caring individuals to collectively answer the questions: how to turn inner emptiness into a point of support, how to maintain stability, and how to rediscover oneself.
Our meeting will unite experts, leaders of public organizations, entrepreneurs, and everyone ready to speak about what truly matters and seek new meanings. Together, we will discuss how to transform inner emptiness into a foundation of strength and how personal stability becomes a resource for the entire community.
Program:
15:00 – 15:30 — Guest arrival, registration, welcome reception
15:30 – 15:45 — Welcome address by A.R. Amirova, President of the Regional Public Organization “International Women’s Union”
15:45 – 17:00 — Panel discussion and presentations:

Organizers
Regional Public Organization “International Women’s Union” — for over 7 years, we have been creating a space for international dialogue, cultural exchanges, and social initiatives, uniting women from Russia and abroad. Our projects — photo contests, exhibitions, forums — serve as instruments of “soft power” and build bridges of trust between people and cultures.
Department of Social Design and Crisis Intervention of the International Women’s Union — a division dedicated to the development and implementation of social projects aimed at strengthening psychological resilience, supporting leaders of public organizations, and developing human potential.
The photographer is Anna Smirnova. Anna has more than 10 years of shooting experience as a staff photographer for the Sarafan business community. She has more than 100 satisfied families in her arsenal and a huge number of events and conferences from 5 to 150 people.
Olga Nazarova’s creative workshop has created a wonderful photo zone for us. Olga’s workshop produces masterpieces made from dried flowers, interior candles made exclusively from natural materials, and much more. It will be possible to get acquainted with the author and learn about all creative directions at the event.
