It was presented by the President of the International Humanitarian Academy “Europe-Asia”, Rector of the Institute of Culture of Peace (UNESCO), Ambassador of the World of the FIM, academician E.R.Tagirov.

A scientific and practical conference dedicated to the history of the village and the south-west of Tatarstan was held in the village of Novye Ishli in the Drozhzhanovsky district. The event, called Valiulla Khasanov readings, brought together representatives of the Tatar scientific intelligentsia, religious and public figures, as well as local historians.
The conference was organized by Drozhzhanovsky mukhtasibat, madrasah named after the 1000th anniversary of the adoption of Islam, the World Congress of Tatars with the support of the district administration, as well as Rimma Safiullova, the granddaughter of Valiulla Khasanov.
