according to anna vasilets, karelia has a significant potential in the russian market of medical tourism. the main task of this region is to identify those niches in which it is possible to create a competitive product. there is considerable competition in the russian medical tourism market, and not all the needs of potential customers are fully met. also, special attention should be paid to the service component, based on the experience of foreign countries.
