"International women's Union" has started the next stage of the international project "By Hands of a women" - the 2nd International festival of decorative arts "By Hands of a women" 3-4 November 2019. In Moscow, having set goals and objectives corresponding to 12 national projects of the President of Russia. Festival "By Hands of a women" is a festival of decorative arts, Ethnography, folk crafts, Handmade, shows Etemadi, photo exhibitions, concerts of folklore collectives of the Russian Federation, CIS and foreign countries.
