Spiritual and moral values and traditions play an important role in the formation of national identity. Women are initiators and active participants in activities aimed at building a dialogue between generations, preserving historical memory, patriotic education of children, activities aimed at strengthening the foundation of Russia.
On the site of the All-Russian Women’s Forum, which took place on March 5 and 6 at the Russia exhibition in Moscow, a meeting of the International Discussion Club “Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders” was held. It is held under the auspices of the Northern Forum. Yugra is the presiding region of the International Organization of the Northern Regions “Northern Forum”. The coordinator of the club is the Governor of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra Natalia Komarova.
The moderator of the platform was the First Deputy Head of the General Secretariat of the Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia, Director of the ANO Eurasian Center for Project Initiatives, political scientist, coordinator of the International Competition “Leader of People’s Diplomacy” Natalia Zabolotskikh.
Alfiya Amirova, President of the International Women’s Union, and Nadezhda Fedorova, Executive Director of the International Women’s Union, took part in the work of the International Discussion Club “Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders”.
Alfiya Amirova acted as a speaker in the section “Presenting opportunities for project development at the federal and international levels.” and she told about our projects the International Photo contest “Mother and children in national costumes” and the International Festival of Handicrafts and Handicrafts “By the hands of a woman”

The photo contest corresponds to UNESCO’s priorities in the field of preservation of intangible cultural heritage and folk traditions, and the introduction of a new nomination “Lullaby in the native language” contributes to the preservation of linguistic diversity, which is especially important in the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (2022-2032).”
