On March 31, 2021, within the framework of the round table “Woman of the XXI Century”, the President of the International Women’s Union – Amirova Alfiya signed a cooperation agreement with the Charitable Foundation “Worthy Memory” in the person of the General Director of the Foundation “Worthy Memory” – Angela Skripkarash.
The purpose of the round table is the role of women of the XXI century in society for a century. Discussion and analysis of the development of the image and place of women, both in everyday consciousness and in all aspects of society: family, education, religion, culture, politics, government, professional activity. Solving problems eliminating all forms of gender-based discrimination; conducting educational campaigns aimed at improving the gender culture of Russian society.

Alfiya Amirova spoke at the round table and spoke about the activities of the organization and about the Business platform-the forum “Woman of the Third Millennium”, which will be held on October 15-17, 2021 in Moscow, VDNH, Pavilion 55.
The round table discussed such topics as: “The woman of the XXI century”: What is its power? What is the weakness? What does she dream about?”, A woman-Mother; A woman-leader, “The role of a modern woman in society” , etc.
