On March 24, 2023, a closed presentation of the International Discussion Club “International Women’s Union” took place.
The International Discussion Club is an expert and analytical club in which we will discuss ways to solve problems, assess social and economic problems in the field of women’s entrepreneurship and other spheres of society, exchange opinions and experience, set up ways of cooperation both in the regions of the Russian Federation and on foreign platforms.
The event was opened by Alfiya Amirova, President of the International Women’s Union, President of the International Discussion Club International Women’s Union
Alfiya shared the work plans of the International Discussion Club and introduced the Executive Director of the International Discussion Club “International Women’s Union”, to whom Asia Biskup was appointed

The International Discussion Club plans monthly events of various formats (round tables, meetings, field events, etc.)
The Guest of Honor, the President of the International Women’s Club (IWC), the Wife of the Ambassador of Jordan, Mrs. Toby Shavabka, made a welcoming speech.
“Thank you for the offer to take part in today’s event. It is especially nice to see those with whom we met at the previous meeting, and I hope that today I will find new friends. It is an honor for me to be among you today.
A lot has changed since our first meeting, but I will try to make my speech brief, positive and inspiring.
The International Women’s Club (IWC) in Moscow was founded in 1977 by four women. They wanted to exchange experiences, discover a new host country and help those in need. This year IWC celebrates its forty-fifth anniversary, and its fundamental principles of dialogue, exchange of experience, search for new knowledge, personal growth and mutual assistance are still unbreakable. This is our path to success. As before, we are active, striving for our goal and intend to set a clear course even in such difficult times.
Congratulations to all women on International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day and Ramadan! Let’s not lose heart and not lose our composure! We will be open to dialogue. Thank you!”
The special Guest of Honor of our event, Ms. Rosa Cristina Loureiro, the Wife of the Ambassador of Ecuador, told the guests about the beautiful country of Ecuador, about sights and cultural values. She shared how Ecuadorian women live and work, how they develop themselves and the country, and in which industries.
Ms. Rosa Cristina Loureiro presented the beautiful national costumes of her country and products made by the masters of Ecuador.
Each of the guests had the opportunity to talk about themselves, their business, goods or services, find friends and partners.
In particular, Asia Biskup announced the following topic of the meeting of the International Discussion Club “Tourism. Culture. Business”, which will take place in April.
Creative Director of the NGO “International Union of Women” Tolly Kirillov spoke about the International fashion project “The image of a business woman as the basis of a successful career”
Oksana Lychagina told about the history of the Lychagina House and the events held in it.
The guests were waiting for a beautiful buffet, nice gifts and a kind friendly atmosphere.
The final of the event was traditionally a charity lottery draw.
