Circular facelift eliminates wrinkles by cutting along the hairline or ear, tightening the SMAS layer, and removing excess skin. The SMAS layer is a thin layer of muscle that covers the entire face and stretches with our age. When lifting, it is necessary to tighten the SMAS layer to eliminate sagging and wrinkles. It is mainly effective for improving deep wrinkles on the face, neck and General wrinkles.
Contraindications to surgery: Oncology, endocrine pathologies, poor blood clotting, severe blood diseases, diabetes, heart failure, infectious diseases in the active stage.
For anti-aging lifting procedures, it is important to make an accurate diagnosis and surgical plan in accordance with the patient’s age, the degree of elasticity and sagging of the skin, as well as the degree of skin aging.
