The International Women’s Union has planned a number of events that will take place at the sites provided by Soul Moscow – the Moscow NGO co-working center (department of the Moscow House of Public Organizations).
The main thing for a woman is health . Only a healthy woman can give the world healthy children. A healthy mom is a happy family.
The Department of Women’s Health Protection has planned a number of events for September, at which issues such as:
Psychological health of women during pregnancy and after the birth of a baby.
Preparing a woman for conception and childbirth.
Assistance in childbirth.
Support for women in difficult situations (loss, psychological trauma, domestic violence, postpartum depression).
The organizer and Moderator of the meetings is the director of the department “Women’s Health Protection”, the creator and head of the project “Mamakado” – Diana Tretyakova.
Speakers: psychologists, consultants on breastfeeding and postpartum recovery of women, obstetricians and gynecologists, douls of the Mamakado project.

September 15 – 16.00 -18.00 Golden Hour. Breastfeeding for the first hours and months.
September 22 – 16.00 – 18.00 Movement and sound in childbirth. Singing before birth. Dancing during pregnancy and childbirth.
September 29 – 16.00 -18.00 Basic newborn care (changing the diaper ± swaddling)

September 6 – 12.00 – All about childbirth. Breathing, postures, behavior.
September 13 – 12.00 – Golden Hour. Breastfeeding in the first hours and months of life.
September 20 – 12.00 – Singing before birth. Dancing in pregnancy and childbirth
September 27 – 12.00 – Basic newborn care.
The Mamakado project closely cooperates with a number of medical institutions (CPSiR, Pletnev Maternity Hospital No. 20, Balashikha Savvino Maternity Hospital, Maternity Hospital No. 27).
